Admiral's Sandy Beach Chalet

  • Admiral's Sandy Beach Villa is located in the southern part of lake Lanier, near Aqualand Marina and across from Port Royale Marina. A mansion next door to the Chalet was used for different scenes of the Ozark TV series. This feature-rich chalet offers stunning lake views, 2 outdoor TVs to enjoy the games with friends and family in a great ambiance, large game room, wide terrace, and upscale bar to entertain. And the front and back sliding doors yield amazing see-through lake views.

    Admiral's Sandy Beach Villa offers 2 bedrooms on main, and 2 additional bedrooms at the terrace level and 4 full baths. A fully appointed kitchen on main, and a second kitchen, plus a bar in the game room, which opens up to a wide porch with ping pong table, fire pit, 2 dining tables and umbrellas, and wide-open lake views. And parking galore!

    The walk to the lake is level and short, two wishes that rarely come together so nicely on this lake. The back of the Villa hugs the main body of the lake in one full embrace almost too wide to grasp but so divinely beautiful.

This was such a wonderful baseball getaway for our family and friends. We played in the lake, took a boat out most days, played pool, spent meals together, and traveled to our daily baseball games in the Atlanta area. Highly recommend this property! Great management and plenty to do for everyone!

Beautiful home, lake vista was perfect

Spacious home with nice flat walk to lake. Beach and dock were perfect. Our family had a wonderful time. Great communication with property manager.

Great Spot!

Ray the host is very communicative and the whole booking and arrival experience was smooth. The house is bigger than the photos make it look with the bedrooms as far from each other as possible which is great for people with different sleep schedules. It’s a beautiful property with as many games and activities as you could want. Would certainly stay again!

Perfect Weekend Away

We LOVED this property. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bedding, and plenty of comfortable seating upstairs and down. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the views of the lake. Construction noises next door, but nothing you can do about that. We can't wait to visit again.

Reunion Gathering

We are glad we selected Chalet Sunshine of the Ozark for our reunion gathering. This place is awesome. Large rooms, clean and well furnished with all luxuries and almost with 2 full kitchens, close to main roads. Some of us meeting after a long long time, and this place added a perfect value for our gathering. Right on the lake with boat access to rent, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Host is super friendly. I recommend 100% to any one who wants to get away from busy schedules to have fun at Lake Lanier.

5 star with M$ view at lake Lanier

Stayed at this property with family and friends. Everyone enjoyed the quiet place, very nice views all around, especially kids enjoyed a lot. Well maintained, clean rooms and nice location. Enjoyed every bit of our stay, especially the lake view is awesome. Every one will enjoy morning coffee just looking at the very awesome lake view. Property management is nice and very accommodating though we troubled them a bit with repeated questions! They have nice dock, and water front is kids friendly with quick access to boat and jet ski which is very nice. Planning our next visit to this place already!

Roberts Family Stay 8/24

This was a great property in the best location. House was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Boat deck was close to the house and easy to get to with very little incline (which is not always the case in Lake Lanier). We were able to use the same house contact to also rent a pontoon boat (very convenient). The house was very spacious and perfect for multiple families. The rental manager was very responsive to every question and request we had and was fully engaged the entire time we were there. The lake house exceeded all our expectations. It offered the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure and natural beauty. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return back soon.

This was an excellent place for a family vacation with two teenagers and our adult children. Short path to the dock and the Adirondack chairs! We loved playing pool, ping pong, and foosball. There are also two kayaks The house provides plenty of space to spread out if needed and the bedrooms are at opposite sides of the house. Things we brought with us for our own preference were additional bag chairs for the dock, rafts and tubes for the lake (some were available at the house) and a 10x10 canopy to use on the top of the deck which allowed extended time by the lake even though it was really hot. Favorite local place to visit was Whole Being Cafe. Pig Tales was a great place for dinner, but we also enjoyed making meals at the house and had everything we needed. A day trip into Atlanta for the Aquarium and World of Coca Cola only took about an hour to drive. We also enjoyed watching the Atlanta Falcons training camp while we were in Flowery Branch. Enjoyable stay!
