The property is located inside the ZTL, be careful if you travel by car. Possibility of parking at the Garage in C. so Tintori, 3 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the Santa Croce district and is less than 5 minutes walk from the homonymous Basilica. The area is an obligatory stop during your stay in Florence and walking through the neighborhood you will be enveloped by the charm and architecture of the historic center and its monuments.
Although the area is very popular with tourists, it has still maintained its original appearance: walking through the narrow streets and small squares, it is possible to rediscover artisan shops, typical restaurants and minor museums (Bargello).
The neighborhood is characterized by the presence of important monuments and historical testimonies, typical restaurants, shops of all kinds. Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, just as it is possible to reach all the main points of interest in the city by walking.
The district offers a very wide range of activities: from the historic ice cream shop in Florence, Vivoli, to the bar where you can enjoy cold cuts sipping a glass of wine in front of the Church of Santa Croce; from a shopping trip to the leather shops to an evening at the Verdi Theater and after dinner with a live concert on the Lungarno.

-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the LAM PO-FI line which stops in Via Delle Carra, where it is possible to take line 23 with final destination Corso dei Tintori, a 2-minute walk from the apartment .
-From Santa Maria Novella station you can reach the apartment thanks to the C2 line with the Ghibellina Bargello stop, 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
If you travel by car pay attention to, the apartment is located inside the ZTL.
It is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes) or, alternatively, at the Garage in C. so Tintori, a 3-minute walk from the apartment and has an agreement for the purchase of the access ticket to the ZTL.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.
Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:

During the check-in you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 4 € / person per night.
