'Overall, my son and I had a great stay! He loved having a cozy little sleep spot in the kid bunks, and I loved having a fabulous view along with not having to drag linens and towels with us. Communication with hosts was easy; we were able to add another adult to our reservation with no issues.My only real.complaint is the living room seating. The listing shows a normal comfy couch but the couch in the room wasn't a real couch. It was some kind of pull out bed that didn't even have a back and...

'Great condo with an amazing view of the mountains. Great automated awning over the porch. Amenities were great. Communication was prompt and thorough. Easy 6 minute drive into Blowing Rock. Quiet community. Decor was nice, gas fireplace added ambiance. '

Beautiful and better than the pictures. The property was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. 'Great break from the heat. Owners communicated well. We had check in information several days ahead. Loved the visitors - deer, chipmunks, hummingbirds. '

'The Pearl is very nice and clean. The unit is on the 3rd floor, with a nice sitting area. Close to Main Street for walking to shop/restaurants. I would stay here again. '

'Location of condo is perfect. It is quiet and easy to drive to all the fun spots around the High Country. Check in and door keypad were easy and functional. Condo itself was comfortable and had plenty of space for our small family of 3. Living room furniture was a bit beat up, chair and sofa needed to be cleaned, dining table only had 2 chairs, and remotes for Roku were missing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay '

'The home is beautiful and nestled in a canopy of trees with lots of peace and quiet. The location is very convenient to hiking trails, dining, Blue Ridge Parkway and other attractions. Having three king bedroom suites with baths worked so well for our adult kids. The hosts were very responsibe and provided an exceptional experience!'

"One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. Maybe, as Europeans, we're not used to the American way of driving everywhere, but to visit a brewery, walking would seem a safer option. Pleasant enough motel but not sure we'd return."
