'The site is wonderful. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast was terrific. The room was neat, clean and the bed was very comfortable.'

'We stayed for the view of Seneca lake. The shower handle was off, the safe didn’t work and the pool was shut down because they were waiting on repairs and the windows looking into the pool room were broken. We chose this Hotel because Expedia gave it a great review. The outside garden landscaping was completely overgrown and needs attention. The only positive was the restaurant had great food. '

'The staff was helpful and friendly and so was the cleaning staff. Good location to downtown and restaurants. The breakfast area was a bit unorganized especially the microwave which was below the refrigerator. For the price it was good.'
