Riads in Fès

'We’ve been to Riad Scalia for two days, the staff was really polite and gentle mostly Nezhra! She was also really helpful in finding a guide and offering different traditional dining options. Our stay in there was really pleasant and hopefully we’ll come back soon!'

'Na wat zoeken vind je het wel. Alles is hier OK, maar toch enkele irritaties: de baas wil eerder een betaalde gids aanpraten dan zelf wat uitleg te geven. Buren en kinderen spelen op straat tot diep in de nacht, maar met oordoppen alles onder controle! Het ontbijt is OK, maar toch te veel opnieuw opgewarmd eten op tafel. De derde dag werd de kamer niet meer gereinigd. Men probeerde €2,50 als city tax aan te rekenen i.p.v. €2,00. Nogmaals: voor zijn prijs tijdens de ramadan een OK score.'

'The location of the riad is ideal - close to the excitement of the Medina, yet just outside the noise and bustle of the streets. The property is exquisite and the rooms large and comfortable. The pool is both beautiful and refreshing. The staff, however, is where this riad excels. Fati, Yasmin, and Nasir are exceptional and always available to help. If travelling to Morocco, make sure you find time to stay at this riad. '

'The location was really Nice, in the near neighbourhood of the Médina, but quiet. The staff was so helpfull, friendly, sweet and their english was very good. Excellent breakfast, all fresh, custom made and various. Very relaxing threatment in the hamam with relaxing massage! The only thing i van recommend the accomodation to do is upgrade their beautiful rooftop for relaxation moments, now there are only chakra, but a relax bed would-be so Nice to start or end the day!
