'Beautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s'

'We had a great stay! We were so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff- we struggled to find parking, Luis personally found us and helped us park and carry our bags- he was exceptional! The hotel was clean and beautiful with easy access to the local squares. '

'Prachtige relais in het rustige Marche. Stijlvol ingerichte villa met prachtige uitzichten over de omgeving. Mooie, grote kamer met alle nodige faciliteiten, comfortabele badkamer. Lunch en dineropties aanwezig in het hotel, handig want weinig eetgelegenheden op wandelafstand. Mooi onderhouden zwembad met voldoende lichtstoelen en mogelijkheid tot zonnebaden gedurende de hele dag. Beschikt over uitgebreide spa. Niet heel erg uitgebreid ontbijt, weinig variabiliteit, desondanks zouden wij hier...

'Tutto perfetto, anche il coupon da utilizzare per la colazione in eccellenti bar e pasticcerie del paese. Piccola annotazione avremmo gradito una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. Torneremo sicuramente'

'Soggiorno veramente bello! Stanza molto accogliente in una posizione strategica! Vicinissima alla stazione (5 m a piedi) vicinissima a ristoranti e negozi ( 1 m a piedi) e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare! Staff gentilissimo! Stra consigliato!'
