'Great location, easy to get in and out of (on access road). Parking was good, nice fairly open space. Good customer service- kind, quick and efficient. Price was GREAT! Trader Joe's and Vons just down the street. '

'Room was a bit small for four adults. The room only had three bath towels in it, though we reserved for four adults. Breakfast buffet was typical for Holiday Inn Express which means acceptable. Not gourmet, but tasty and filling. Quiet considering the location. Will stay again if we go back to the area and need a hotel.'

'The hotel was very smelly and questionable. The rooms were clean but we found lots o spiders in corners and in the bathroom as if the room was cleaned and not booked for a while. My biggest question is what's with the half pillows??? We had to sleep on half sized pillows like not even full size?? I would probably rather spend more and stay at a nicer hotel, but the breakfast was good'

'The room was clean and spacious. Parking was easy. I would just give people a heads up that the breakfast is just waffles, cereal and yogurt. There is no protein or fruit available. But other than that, it was an easy stay.'

'Superb hotel. I used to do a lot of business travel and I wish that Sonesta Suites had been an option for me back then. The location is very convenient, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and very good at their jobs. And the room was excellent. The only thing I can "complain" about is that there were no towels or sanitation wipes in the gym at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning. That's it. Possibly the best business class hotel I've every stayed at.'

'Location is great. But this is really a two star place if that. They are trying, but there is trash around and non professional construction all over. Its really the price. If it werent 400 a night it could be justified.. It is short staffed and run by one woman who is kinda snobby. Cool land, cabns and buildings. But it wouldn’t take too much to clean up the plan, do some real landscaping and really make it into an oasis. So much potential! We picked up a bunch of trash up by the silver dome...

'Shower and ceiling were poorly patched. AC stunk. Couldn’t leave it on more than a few minutes. Key didn’t work in the first room and tv didn’t work in the second room. In poor condition in general. '

'Charming place, beautiful room, lake view is a must. Pool and hot tub beautiful.swans on the lake. We are ancient and my husband had to go to the emergency room the last night -but didn’t dampen our spirits.'
