Comfortable single-family villa with pool and garden in a quiet residential area, about 5 minutes drive from the sandy beach of Cala Marsal.

The house is distributed on two floors, outside it has a garden with grass, a large swimming pool 15x8 m. and a comfortable well-furnished porch with barbecue.

Inside the house and on the ground floor there is a living room open to the dining room, a separate and well equipped kitchen. It also has a double bedroom with a double bed of 1.50x1.90 and a full bathroom.

In the upper floor it is distributed with the three rooms -all doubles- one of them with a double bed of 2x1.80 and the other two rooms with separate beds of 90x1.90. Full bathroom with large shower.

Ses Rodes is located in a very quiet residential area, a few minutes drive away from the small yacht club and the picturesque fishing port. You will find beautiful small beaches in the direction of the Porto Colom lighthouse, on the opposite side of the bay you will find Cala Marsal and in a north-easterly direction you will find the coast of Manacor and the natural park of Cala Mondragó, and an endless number of small sandy coves.
