'Everything was great, we loved the location and the style and layout of the house and pool.'

'Die Villa ist etwas altmodisch aber sehr authentisch und hat Charme. Alles nötige war da. Wir waren da zu dritt und hatten viel Platz. Der Außenbereich ist schön und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Villa liegt abgelegen, man brauch unbedingt ein zuverlässiges Auto. Der Pool ist leider zu tief, man kann da nicht stehen. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Ruhe und den fantastischen Ausblick genossen. Unserem 13 Jährigen Sohn war es etwas langweilig. Für Paare oder...

'We had a great stay in a fantastic house in a superb quiet part of paradise.. Maria and her husband are great hosts and the house has all the amenities you could wish for… Our family had a vacation feeling as from the 1st minute until we -regretfully- had to return to reality after 2 weeks.. We hope and will plan to return!'

'We holidayed in the villa for 10days in August. The villa is perfect for a large family as its spread over two floors with the majority of rooms being ensuite. Its in a great location with shops/restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Some of the appliances are a little dated and the pool area was a little run down but overall we had the best holiday. The host was excellent and when we had an issue with the air con, tv and microwave she sorted straight away. Would definitely recommend.'

'Wir waren 7 Personen in der Finca Und alles war super '

'Wij zijn met 14 man in oktober een week in de villa geweest en hebben hier een zeer geslaagde tijd gehad. Het huis komt overeen met de foto's, is stijlvol en compleet ingericht. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer en het huis was goed toegankelijk voor iemand in een rolstoel. de ligging van het huis is prima, het ligt in een klein dorpje en het centrum van cala dór is op 7 minuten rijden met de auto. Er zijn diverse strandjes binnen 10minuten rijden. Kortom een prachtige villa centraal...

'Large villa which felt in the middle of nowhere but still only a few minutes away from a large supermarket and 15/20 mins away from the resort of Cala d'Or. Car is essential due to the location. No air conditioning in the bedrooms so they did get extremely hot, again, however, we were aware of this and there is air conditioning in the living area. The listing is slightly incorrect, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 twin and one double - both with bathrooms with baths, then there are 2...

'Wir hatten zu 5. einen Aufenthalt, 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Im Pool gebadet, gekocht und auch Tischtennis gespielt. Wir hatten auch einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Stadt Porto Colom ist auch sehr schön. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Gastgeberin war auch sehr nett und zuvor kommend. Vielen Dank! '

'We spent a week at Peres Finca with friends. It I was a dream and the view from the finca into the landscape is magnificent! The finca was clean, the owner was always available and everything went smoothly. It’s perfect for 10 people! We will definitely be back :)'

"Alle kamers zijn volledig vernieuwd. Dit maakt het verblijf heel prettig, omdat alles net nieuw is. Geweldige airco. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk en genoeg bedjes en parasolletjes. Je kunt gratis badlakens krijgen bij de balie. DJ aan het zwembad een paar keer was heel leuk. 100 meter lopen en je bent in een prachtige helderblauwe zee. Heerlijke cocktails aan het zwembad. Het personeel is wisselend. Te weinig goed personeel. Wij hadden halfpension. Daarbij zitten ontbijt en diner in het buffetrestaurant. Eten was opzich goed en makkelijk, maar het was er erg druk. Veel gestresst personeel. Schoonmaak kan beter: haren, toiletpapier niet bijgevuld, toilet niet schoongemaakt. ‘s Avonds is er live muziek. "

"Prachtige omgeving met overal ligbedjes met uitzicht op de oceaan. We hadden all inclusive en het eten is uitgebreid en wordt dagelijks afgewisseld met nieuwe gerechten. Het drinken viel tegen; cocktails lijken meer op meer sapjes en wat Seven-Up moest voorstellen was water met prik. Hoewel de kamers schoon en netjes zijn en de bedden beter slapen dan verwacht, is het erg gehorig. Je kan alle geluiden van je buren horen. De medewerkers zijn allemaal heel vriendelijk en attent; borden worden snel weggehaald."
