A sojourner is a traveler welcomed in to rest awhile. Unwind in a private RV on His Nature, a peaceful property of about 75 acres in Lincoln County, Tennessee, outside Fayetteville. It's out in the country yet very convenient to Huntsville Highway and downtown Fayetteville, about 1 mile from shopping and about 40 minutes from Huntsville, so it makes a great alternative to a nearby hotel. Have your morning coffee on the deck, take in the view from the oak-tree swing bench, walk the hilly trails, watch the abundant wildlife—especially wild turkeys and lots of deer roaming the pastures and woods in the fall—and bring your own gear to fish from the bank of Still Waters Pond, our 2.5-acre pond. Inside you'll find a private queen bedroom, a bright living and dining slide-out with two leather recliners by the rear picture window, a full kitchen, a private bathroom with a glass corner shower, fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps), and heat and A/C. Pets are welcome. A covered pet kennel sits beside the RV for your pup. The space: • Private primary bedroom with a queen bed, bedside reading lamps, and overhead wood cabinetry. • Spacious living and dining slide-out with a plush full sleeper sofa (sized for 2 kids; listing sleeps up to 4 guests total—2 adults and 2 kids; infants don't count), two cognac leather recliners by the rear picture window overlooking the deck and woods, a booth dinette set for 4, and a built-in entertainment center with a mounted Roku Smart TV, stereo system, books, and family board games. • Full kitchen with peninsula counter, full-size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, stainless sink with high-arc faucet, and Keurig and French press coffee station. • Full private bathroom with its own door, a glass-enclosed corner walk-in shower with bright skylight, vanity sink, toilet with handheld bidet sprayer, hot water, and fresh towels. • Large outdoor deck, porch and oak-tree swings, and a covered 8x10 outdoor pet kennel (with weatherproof canopy roof, artificial turf flooring, and stainless-steel bowls) right beside the RV. • 75 acres to explore: Still Waters Pond (our 2.5-acre stocked pond), walking trails, a seasonal creek (water levels vary by season and may be low or dry depending on the time of year), and abundant wildlife viewing—especially wild turkeys and plenty of deer you can spot from the deck, swings, and trails in the fall. Guest access & property notes: • Arrival & entrance directions: The entrance is off Molino Road (118 Molino Rd) at the green mailbox (a property sign may be added later, so look for the green mailbox at 118 Molino Rd). • Parking for up to 2 vehicles by the RV. • Pets welcome at no extra pet fee (covered outdoor kennel on site). • Bank fishing only at Still Waters Pond (with your own gear). For safety, no swimming and no boats or watercraft; the small pond dock is look-only (no launching). • This is a peaceful country property, not a working farm. • Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Smoking outside only. Check-in after 3 PM; check-out by 11 AM.
