'Staff was amazing - lobby, restaurant and room(except the grumpy bar tender guy). Room was clean, but things in the bathroom were broken (sink and mirror). Breakfast selection was great and the flavor was (3 out of 5). Bed was very comfy and when the peple above us were crazy slamming (mma wrestling?) for an HOUR, they actually went to the room and it stopped. Honestly i think it is the very best place in the whole city. We would stay there again and ask for the top floor. '

'Our handicap accessible room was nice. I would have liked to have a second bed instead of a sleeper sofa though. The bathroom was clean and spacious. They only had a shower chair for the tub. With a new lower leg amputee in our group, a walk-in shower or at least a transfer style bench would have made shower access possible for her. Climbing into the tub was not possible. 'The male manager (I believe his name is Charles) is very nice and friendly! Both times I've been here though, the front desk didn't give me their little instructions sheet on what was expected. The second time, I knew what to do; but the first time, I had to be told that I have to bring the garbage to the dumpster myself. I obviously didn't mind, but I wasn't given any information until I later spoke with the manager who provided me with the proper information. The pots and pans are also very...

'De ontvangst was vriendelijk maar de gereedheid van de kamer was dat duidelijk niet. Er waren handdoeken voor 2 gasten ipv 3. Het sofa bed was gruwelijk om te zien met vele vieze bruine plekken op het matras! Het bed was niet zoals bij de betere hotels opgemaakt. Er hangt een vieze lucht in het hele hotel! Ontbijt opties waren minimaal. Het personeel was tijdens het ontbijt nogal luidruchtig met elkaar in gesprek. Bij het verlaten van het hotel was er niemand bij de receptie om uit te checken....

'This is my fourth time staying at this location, it is starting to look very used. I understand there is a lot of traffic in and out, but it could use a little TLC. Breakfast was average, not enough fruit was put out, the addition of the coffee machines was a great new item. My room was clean, carpet in the room not so much. Parking is always easy at this location.'

'Location is a pro. And friendly staffs. Breakfast needs to be better we got sick from the food. The food tastes preserve. The hotel was smelling like marijuana that came into the rooms gave us headaches we had to leave a few times to be able to breathe. Cleaning the room and bathroom did not happen while we stayed. Had plumbing issues a couple of times. The beds were sinking and so squeaky very uncomfortable.'
