'Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt. '

'Filthy rooms and terrible facility. Asked for a refund as soon as I saw the room. Sheets had brown stains on it. Room filled with smoke. Dirt all over the floor. Immediately turned around and walked out.'

'Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done promptly. In terms of safety, for the most part was pretty safe but the side doors were left unlocked (did not need a key card to enter) for most of the day not sure about night. If I was on the ground floor, I would definitely be a little uncomfortable. Overall, a good affordable stay!'
