« The place is great. Just a little far out of town. That’s not a deal breaker for us though. No batteries in the tv remotes in two bedrooms. Had some batteries for one of the two in the truck though. No big deal. It happens. Had to try different variations on the WiFi password. The one listed was not accurate. Overall it was a good experience. The place was very clean and good water pressure. No coffee though. Hot chocolate, tea and creamer. No coffee. Thanks for the stay. »

« The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Tabatha responded quickly to resolve a weather related internet issue when we first arrived. I enjoyed running the Merlin Bird ID app on my phone on the back deck several mornings to identify the numerous bird calls coming from the large trees behind the house. The front and back door alarms were helpful when our toddler grandson visited. We would definitely stay again. »

« On very rare occasions I will stay at a VRBO and wish I could give 6 stars! This property in one of those times. Everything is as described or honestly even better than described. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fayetteville if this property is available. As others have also noted, the communication is excellent. If you book this property, consider yourself VERY fortunate! »

« We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed a fun family game that was provided. The bedrooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was only one TV in the living room, but it was perfect for movie nights. The A/C worked great and kept the whole place cool. The washer and dryer were a big plus—they allowed us to keep our clothes fresh throughout the trip. There’s only one bathroom, but it was clean and nicely maintained....
