Boomhutten in Falmouth

'The resort is nice, it could be cleaner. Our rooms floor was not swept or mopped. A lot of heat was being generated by the mini fridge as well as from the large gap on the doorway of the rooms entrance which was letting hot air in. The AC had to be turned as low as possible to cool the room. We couldn’t get into the different restaurants. They either booked or closed!'

'Good'

'Friendly staff..'

'The host have great communication and easy to reach. I called him 2 AM in the morning and he answered.'

'The staff was truly the highlight of our trip. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Their hospitality made a lasting impression, and we appreciated their efforts. However, one area that could use improvement is the attention to detail and overall guest experience. We were celebrating a surprise birthday, so we wanted the stay to feel special from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, our first impression was disappointing. When we...

'There was nothing to like in reality you guys need to check properties before putting it on your website'

'Stopped in.one night mainly to be.on right side of Mobay for travellers leaving out next day.'

'When we got to the security gate, they informed us that we were supposed to check in the next day. (Even though we presented the booking dates to them. We were told this wasn’t the first time this has happened). This was very stressful as we traveled a good distance to stay here. After some time, the caretaker was able to come and do a quick clean of the place from a previous guest. The living room and bedrooms were pretty comfortable and had a lot of space for storing your things...

'I stayed in apartment #2 and enjoyed my 6 nights stay at this place. It was quite spacious and could easily fit 3 persons. The room consisted of a double & single bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The room contained all the essentials amenities needed to ensure my stay went smoothly - iron/board, small dining table, etc. Harvel was a very responsive host. He was really helpful and promptly answered any queries that I had about my stay (the whats app service was a blessing). My room was clean and...

'The rental was smaller than it appeared on the site, thus not as much room to move. The rooms were cool for relief from the temperature outside. There was no soap in the bath or towels/cloths. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. While I realize this is not a hotel, I've stayed at this type just two weeks prior and had the amenities mentioned. I understand there was a hurricane a few months back, but I did not see any notice of the water or use of the water. The hosts did provide some...

'The place was as described, clean, and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and the host was communicative. I would definitely stay there again.'
