'This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again.'

'Everything was great! Loved the large open space of the main area in the house. We had a wonderful time with family and friends having our daughter’s rehearsal dinner here. The game room made it extra fun! The only thing I would say is that most of the lights on the outdoor string lights were out and our dinner was held outside so that was disappointing. '

'This place is like a sanctuary in the mountains! The house is so cozy with a beautiful kitchen for cooking and the sauna was a great amenity. My kids absolutely loved the game room downstairs and the pool. The host was great and responsive. Don’t miss out on this place! '

'Me and my daughter couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hosts were attentive to us and the animals were AMAZING to be around. Horses, peacocks, dogs, fowl, all very welcoming and happy to have guests around. I just wish…nothing. It was great. Very serene too.'

'Our stay was amazing! We were in town for a friend's wedding so we were pretty busy and did not use the pool but wish we had the time. The cottage itself was secluded and quiet. The views were gorgeous! The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We only did some minor cooking. Luann, the host, was so sweet and provided us some great recommendations for restaurants. If we would visit the area again, I would 100% stay there again and recommend it to others. '

'My husband and I stayed at this stylish and comfortable space for a couple of nights while visiting our niece. We were warmly invited by Shawn and introduced to the property. Throughout our stay he was kind and thoughtful as he showed us all of the amenities available. He invited us to walk through the avocado grove and enjoy any fruit that was ready to pick. 'Very nice place had everything you need ! Was very quick in response and allowed us early check in so we could get ready for a baseball tournament we were attending! Would definitely stay again if we are in town! '

'The property is beautiful and really spacious. The kitchen does not have as many items to cook or entertain with as I would have liked. 80 a day to run heater for the jacuzzi seemed high so we did not use it. '

'The property was the perfect accommodations for my family and friends during our weekend getaway to wine country. It was able to sleep all of us comfortably, and both the oversized couch in the living room and outdoor pool were able to fit everyone with room to spare! Watching the sun set over the Fallbrook valley from the backyard was one of my favorite memories from this trip. The property manager was really responsive and tended to all of our requests and questions too. Highly recommend this...

'To say that Villa Rosa is amazing would be an absolute understatement, it is an absolute hidden gem. This property and the hosts, Tiffany and Jeremiah are phenomenal! 'We loved staying here. The house was exactly as described. We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi. The host was very responsive when there was an issue with the running water. He even gave us a bottle of wine from the Monserate winery. Very happy with our stay here! '
