« The owner, Carl, is awesome! This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed and it is absolutely beautiful. Even the outdoor area is clean. Carl made us feel welcome and safe. He was attentive to our needs and left is to our privacy. We enjoyed grilled steaks on the park-style charcoal grill by the fire pit (clean firewood provided). Lights and Bluetooth speakers out side and huge TVs inside. Attention to detail was impressive. Lake Lure is great too. We will definitely return when we're back in...

« The cabin was clean, very well equipped and in a nice, peaceful & quiet gated neighborhood. We were there during the snow stiorms & freeze & lost power, Bobby was reaponsive and engaged to get the right service out to the canin and ensure repairs were done. Wonderful experience overall! »

« This is our second time at Ma & Pa's because we love it so much. It feels straight out of a fairytale. We go to work, reconnect, and relax which is hard to nail all at once, but this cabin helps us do just that. It is close enough to town to hop out and grab a bite, but cozy enough to stay in and cook. We do both. We love crossing the bridge to get in the cabin and the lights at night make it feel magical.
