'Hotel was dated and room was not well maintained.'

'This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to in Fairmont. I’ve never been to West Virginia in general, but most of the party that stayed for a wedding in Mannington stayed here. It was a great time and breakfast was amazing!'

'We had a great stay, it all started with check in with Carrie, she was amazing and we felt right ar home. The room was as expected, clean and complete'

'Upon checking in, there was a bad odor in the room. The front desk was very helpful and let me switch rooms. The rooms were very dated. The bathrooms were not very clean and they were stink bugs all over the hotel.'

'Stayed for a week, loved the room. No complaints, would stay again if I’m ever in the area! 10/10 recommend.'

'Lovely renovated room. Really enjoyable. Not cookie cutter. Parking wasn’t great, but you’ll have that downtown. Beautiful historic hotel with friendly staff. I’ll definitely stay again.'

'The room was perfectly clean. The shower door had no streaks. We had brunch during our stay, and the food was amazing. Unfortunately, you have to pay extra for parking, which is totally uncool. The staff was nice overall, but they entered the room when we didn't want them to.'
