'Exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained domain with lots of greenery. Food and wine (produced by the estate itself!) were truly excellent. Quiet and peaceful ambiance, very friendly staff. Easy to reach, close to the A1 motorway.
Rooms were a little dated, but comfortable and very well maintained.
Close to some beautiful nature areas and lovely Tuscan villages. Siena and Perugia are also very easy to reach.'

'Beautiful setting and redone gated farmhouse opposite Orvieto. Nice continental breakfast with view (but ants!). Simple dinner available. Had to call multiple numbers before I found someone to check me in. Waited a while. Clerk didn’t speak English so didn’t help much with concierge info (American owners aren’t on site). Maids noisy early in morning. Can’t get taxis so had to pay driver 35€ every time to Orvieto. (Funicular not working!)'

'Cannot say enough good things. Beautiful grounds, helpful staff, solid restaurant, even the wine and olive oil they make on site is good. Pro tip: book one of the two freestanding villas. You get two floors and your own private terrace where they’ll set up a table for dinner for you if you like.'
