This is the place for couples, families and friends to create lifelong memories. Beautiful, newly renovated property with stunning Ozark views, perfectly located to enjoy all that Eureka Springs and the surrounding area has to offer. Just 8 minutes to Beaver lake, 1.5mi to White river, 6 scenic miles to Eureka Springs, 3mi to Lake Leatherwood Trails, and 33mi to must see Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, AR.

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed the property so much. There was so much attention to detail. The hosts responded to every question right away. We had a beautiful gift of well wishes upon our arrival (we were staying because of our wedding). We will absolutely be back.

Check in and communication left no unanswered questions. The property was nice and quiet. Peaceful. We had a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Close enough to everything. 10/10 recommend.

Clean, All the Amenities, and Easy

We stayed at John and Christy's home for 2 nights - 4 adults and 4 children. There were surprise and delights around every corner including a Keurig with variety of coffee pods in the master bedroom and bottled water, quality bath and shower amenities (even epsom salt!) plenty of cleaning supplies and everything needed to do laundry, and more. This is on top of only being 15 min from historic Eureka Springs, a handful of cute restaurants and shops just down the street, 20 minutes from Starkey's marina, and a beautiful view. I left my favorite pillow and Christy reached out to me the next day offering to ship it back. How kind is that?! All in all, it's a lovely home, very clean, lots of space, good location - and it's obvious how much John and Christy care about their guests having a wonderful vacation.

Great property and very responsive hosts

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and everything was in place and in working order. Great place and I highly recommend it. We will use this place again in the future. Unfortunately we had some severe weather and the power went out to over 80,000 people in the area. This was absolutely no fault of the hosts and has nothing what so ever to do with the property. I only include this because the hosts took it upon themselves to refund a day worth of rent which I did not expect or even want. That is a testimony to the integrity and the concern of the property owners which is the best recommendation I can give. Life is full of adversity and to show empathy is an indication of character. Obviously the hosts will do everything they can, go above and beyond, to help you enjoy your stay, what more can you ask for when you get more than could possibly be expected?

House is just North of Eureka Springs.... Road is paved to the driveway so it's good for bikes. The interior is completely updated and was perfect for 7 guys on a motorcycle trip!

Awesome house!

Home was as described, super neat and clean! Beautiful views and good coffee selection! Soft towels and sheets! Really enjoyed our stay…..5 college friends getting together after 40 years of friendship. Short drive to downtown Eureka Springs. Host was fabulous with excellent communication! Great hosts and house!

The house was everything we were looking for - lots of room for 6 of us plus a 6 year old, great fire pit, lovely views from the deck, well stocked kitchen and great location near Eureka Springs and lots of hiking. Plus the hosts were fantastic. You can’t go wrong staying here for adventures around Eureka Springs!

Wonderful place!

We were a group of friends from College (7 people) who came and stayed. House was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view, easy to get to things. I would definitely recommend this house and I would stay here again myself. It was accurately represented online and the hosts were very responsive!

CHRISTY & JOHN ARE GREAT HOSTS the house is super clean....spacious...and stocked with everything imaginable....beautiful views....although the setting is rural it is close enough to activities. There were 6 adults and 2 boys 7 & 11 they had a ball outside. There were beds for everyone..we will truly rent again. Christy & John certainly make your stay a great one

We would stay here again!

This place was so clean and very well furnished. We had eight adults and it worked out well. Start the day with coffee on the deck and a beautiful view, enjoy downtown and activities all day, then unwind on the deck or around a bonfire at the end of the day. They thought of everything- lots of dishes, towels, throws, coffees, even yard games.

This place is beautiful and so conveniently located near the Thorncrown and downtown Eureka (we traveled there for a wedding). The hosts are very thoughtful and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Eureka!
