This place is nice!
* Close to everything
* Clean!
* Just spacious enough
* Beds were comfortable
* Beautiful natural light throughout (The dining and kitchen windows were perfect for my selfie. photoshoot.)
* The decor is simple, yet unique and cozy
* the Wi-Fi, thermostat, and electronics all worked perfectly (which was a huge plus for me because I have T-Mobile and so I had zero service the entire time unless I was on Wi-Fi)
I (39/F) just spent the weekend in Eureka Springs with my 19-year-old son for a “mom and son mini vacation.” Due to this, not being a romantic trip (for obvious reasons), having seclusion, hot tub and all of those romantic settings was not necessary.
We wanted to be downtown so if I didn’t want to drive, we could walk without issue (except walking, uphill almost killed me every time, but that’s a me problem)
I would suggest paying the $10 a day for a parking spot behind the building. Otherwise you will have to park on a 45° angle street across the way.
Please remember, these are very old buildings with very old wood floors. You will hear your neighbors to some degree.
They do provide a little coffee pot of coffee, a little bit of cream & sugar for a couple of cups. I would also suggest stopping by Harts Grocery and stocking up on whatever groceries you’d like.
I really enjoyed this location and will use them again in the future.
