'This place is well located for accessing Eureka Springs downtown historic area. It was newly renovated, very clean and nicely appointed. I appreciated the off-street parking. The host was very responsive. The only hiccup was that she didn't tell me how to access the suite. I noticed Suite C had outside access, so I assumed that Suite B did as well. I walked around the building only to find that access is inside the front door and down the steps. It also would be nice to have the check-out...

'The condo has a dedicated parking space and is across the street from the walking path into town. It is located just outside the downtown core about a 10 min walk. We did have difficulty with the tv remote control and let the owners know. They were very responsive and sent maintenance to fix it. They were also flexible about us extending the check-out for parking only on our last day so we could go and have brunch before leaving. It was a very good experience.'

'Conveniently located and parking for this unit was literally just a few steps from the entrance. Beautifully decorated. Spacious living/kitchen area. Bed was quite comfortable, as was the sofa bed. Had everything we needed. Best suited for couples, imo, only because the shower is essentially in the hallway—We had our adult daughter with us! We visit Eureka Springs often—Would absolutely stay here again!'

'The property was clean, inviting, and perfect for our getaway. The convenience of it being in walking distance to the shops downtown and having an off the road parking spot was also great! There is also a trolley stop right outside the door that allowed us to go up to the Crescent and back without having to battle traffic! I highly recommend this location for all your trips to Eureka! The host was 100% in communication, as well! 10000/10!'

'Aspen communicated with us the entire visit making sure everything was okay, that we didn’t need anything. Check in went smoothly. Unit was beautiful, clean, convenient for parking and walking everywhere. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows. Bath had plenty of towels and supplies. Unit was quiet while we during our stay.
