'We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...

'Let me start by saying that this property has plenty of space. My 17 year old and I stayed on the main floor and had plenty of space. We’ve been looking at universities and I was thinking we’d like to relax with more space and get some laundry done by this point in our travels. Granted, we got there just after sunset but I wasn’t doing laundry in that basement with side rooms and light fixtures with no bulbs. 'Cute house in an older, but tidy neighborhood. The house was very clean and included everything we needed from shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/blow dryer to coffee pods & tea bags! The location is very central to everyone we wanted to see during our visit to town. We would definitely stay again. '
