Blokhutten in Eureka

'Fridge was off balance and missing parts. Would have been nice to have a sink in the washroom. Had to wash hands and brush teeth in kitchen sink. Otherwise it was cute and clean.'

'I loved everything about my stay'

'WiFi available but terrible. One signal broadcast to entire RV park. No cell service. Was quiet and peaceful.'

'Alder Cottage was lovely! It is continently located near the charming town of Trinidad with easy access to the national and state parks. We really enjoyed our stay. It was the highlight of our CA road trip.'

'The cabin was very clean and accommodating - location was perfect!'

'Property was as described; directions accurate. Issue with the heat but was fixed. Very convenient location. Beds comfy!'

'This house was a great fit for our family of 7. The kids really liked the outdoor games! It was clean and spacious. Nice kitchen that was well stocked and organized. It’s in a perfect location- we hit up Stout Grove, which was literally right across the road and it did NOT disappoint. Those beautiful trees had the wow factor we were looking for! And we spent any other adventures down by the coast which was only a 15 minute drive. It didn’t haven’t have a pack ‘n play for the baby, so that was...

'The bones of the place were very nice. It's set-up to be cozy and comfortable. However, running communications through a middleman management company is never fun. Answers to questions are not directly addressed. The views from the outer lounge area are not really 'ocean view picture ready'. Telephone poles and lines and limited views through a clearing in the tree's. The hot tub worked great and was a nice addition.'

'The first cabin we stayed in smelled like cigarette smoke. However, the host was very accommodating and quickly helped us move to a different cabin. We really enjoyed our stay, loved the beautiful property, and appreciated the excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Had everything we needed and then some to relax and do a little spelunking :)'

'Great location!'

'The biggest miss is that one of the beds was not made. Someone had clearly slept there and there was dirt on the sheets. I wouldn't care if the place was not over 300 per night. Additionally, there were no check-in details, no guide how to get there. A little sentence or two indicating what to look for would have been helpful. It was not immediately clear where to go once we saw the address number on the tree. Google maps took us to the wrong place, something that the host should have checked....

'Great quiet place in the country. Awesome for relaxing and drinking a glass of wine in the evening.'
