'With a very nice time this is a great property and a great location minutes up the hill to a few trails 20 minutes to the national Park. The house is immaculate and well appointed. It was a pretty warm weekend and the room units for AC had a little issue keeping up but other than that it was a perfect weekend.'

'Beautiful property! Excellent experience for us and a few family members who came in to play some of the awesome games. We were in town for my Mother's funeral and appreciated having this extra space. Everything from toiletries to snacks was provided. Plan on staying here again next time we're in town. Thank you'

'Location had beautiful views, The house was clean, well equipped and had plenty of room. It is very private and quiet! The road to the house was a bit rough for a car but you just have to go slow and use the second entance per the instructions. '

'I've stayed at quite a few rentals and hotels, and this is my favorite. It's definitely a bit off the grid, which makes it all the more private and charming. The views are breathtaking, and the layout of the house is perfect for a family...but it'd be lovely for a couple's or solo retreat, too! Our visit included three adults and two kids (10 and 12), but I appreciate that there are baby gates, a pack n play, and a high chair for guests with younger children. My kiddos especially loved the air...

'So much of this trip was ideal. From attentive communication to easy check-in to a gorgeous setting, we appreciated it all. Take care with the driveway as rain has washed some small places away. Slow and steady. Location is ideal for a quick trip to Charlottesville or Shenendoah National Park. The restaurant on nearby Lydia mountain has solid offerings and rockstar patio views. Or go nowhere and settle in. The creek on site offers its own delights. We spotted a blue heron and a ground hog. The...

'This cabin was perfect. Very clean, great view and organized. It was interestingly situated high up on a mountain and it was a lot of fun for us to drive the jeep (that host provided) to go up and down the hill on the rocky roads, very adventurous. I would definitely recommend it. It was just the two of us but the cabin can comfortably fit in a lot more people.'
