Five minutes will also get you to the center of downtown Estes Park. Most restaurants are within ten minutes and all of the fine dining within fifteen minutes of this property.

This 2700 square foot home sits at an elevation of 8200 feet at the base of Rams Horn Mountain. Natural beauty and Wilderness are right outside the door.

We have named our mountain house 'Dream Lake' after one of our favorite hiking trail stops. Hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park to Emerald Lake and Lake Haiyaha take us past Dream Lake.

Maximum number of guests is twelve, that number includes infants and lap children. The county's strict short term rental rules set the number.
Vrbo counts sleeper sofas and pac-n-plays as beds. This is misleading as there are seven "proper" beds, not eleven, like some of the vrbo information says. Three kings, one queen, and three twins. There is one queen size sleeper sofa and one twin size sleeper sofa in the theater room. a twin size roll away is in the down stairs laundry room and it can be moved anywhere downstairs. There is a twin mattress under the twin bed in the downstairs "barn door" bedroom that can be placed anywhere as needed.
There are two "pac-n-play" cribs that can be put anywhere in the house. there are two "dream on me" mattresses for the pac-n-plays and bedding.
