'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!'

'AC very good, kitchen very good, room very clean but no room service and we were told that rooms have all the cleaning stuff necessary but didn't have a broom. Concierge agents very professional and diligents at all times. Receptionist extremely rude treating people as enemies, i think they forget that we are the clients. 'Nice villa, it was close to the center and the ferry dock. Lots to do and we really enjoyed our stay! '

'The bathroom wasn’t very clean, it’s like they wipe down surfaces and leave the rest. There was soap scum and mold along the tub. Staff were not very friendly and the pictures show a nice hotel than what is there. It’s fine to stay for 1 or 2 nights but would not be my first choice.'

'The views were awesome, the staff were very friendly but breakfast wasn’t different each day. The waffle was extremely hard, but the egg and sausage breakfast was decent. Breakfast also didn’t come with a drink of any kind, but overall I wouldn’t mind going back. Now that I know what to expect and what not to expect. Pretty decent hotel in the cut off the beaten path. I like the privacy. '

'When we arrived we they didn’t have the rooms reserved and paid for and could only give us one room class reserved and a downgraded room. The beach was covered in sargassum and a lot was in disrepair. Our bedroom door wouldn’t close, the food was very average and the property itself was mostly on the side of a hill which made it a nonstarter for anybody who has trouble with stairs. I give it a B-'

'room was clean and there was a tv and coffee maker, otherwise it was AWFUL. The parking was not safe for my elderly parents to navigate. There was no elevator, and my mom had a terrible time on the stairs. No hot water for showers. There was trash in the refrigerator. Restaurant was a room, not enough seating for the 4 of us. Extremely loud people outside and in hallways. Someone even tried to enter our room in middle of the night. It was worst experience ever.'
