'Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. 'Net hotel. Vriendelijk en keurige personeel. Jammer dat het door corona erg rustig was. Kamers iets gedateerd, maar schoon en alles werkt. Fijn bed. Kamers zijn wel donker en mijn kamer keek uit op een soort gallerij zonder buitenlicht. Dat maakte de kamer nog donkerder.'

'Oakwood has always been our first choice when we visit Batam. Best location right next to Grand Batam Mall where you have access to everything from eat to groceries and girls’ shopping. The hotel itself is fabulous as well, clean room, great amenities, yummy breakfast. Will be back, of course!'

'Overall the hotel was good. Just disappointed with their spa massage. Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. But the oil wasn't hot/warm. Diffenitely less than 60mins. Me & my hubby feels they just rush to finish. At the end we realised is exactly 2 hrs. But the conclusion is the 2 hrs it...

'Zeer welkom gevoel, vriendelijke ontvangst in grote heldere en schone lobby. Nette kamer met goed bed. Zwembad bij hotel was leuk, ligt alleen in de schaduw maar met de warmte van Batam is dat niet heel naar. Eten en drinken bij ontbijt was niet aan ons besteed, veel lokaal eten en het andere was smaakloos.'

'The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. 'Makeup room service needs to be improved. One morning, I waited till 11.45am for makeup room and need to call for the makeup room service. Also realized that room was not vacuum for my 17 nights stayed during the makeup room service. Also noted that makeup room service like to wait till i am back from breakfast therefore coming to makeup my room. Because i think they expect tips. '
