'Had to change plans at the last minute due to a traffic diversion and booked this late after and arrived at the premises in the dark. Staff were accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. Good food and a great location. Would love to come back and explore the area some more. A nice remote and quiet location in a lovely village up a dead end valley.'

'Personne a l’accueil, une chambre certes économique mais avec une chaise faisant office de table de nuit (106€) pas de cabinet de douche, sauf un lavabo. Après réclamation une nouvelle chambre nous a été donnée. Cela ne change rien au fait, que nous avons réservé une chambre dans hôtel ayant toutes les caractéristiques d’un établissement fermé, pas averti que le restaurant était fermé et qu’il fallait se rendre dans un autre établissement pour le petit déjeuner . 'The hotel is very well situated in Benasque, for us a good startingpoint for hiking. All facilities required in the hotelroom, very comfortable. The breakfast was really excellent, everything you need and good quality, however the diner we had in the hotel was terribole. Vegetables that should be stir fried were fully cooked, the fish was swimming in oil. The service at the reception and the ladies cleaning the rooms was excellent.
