'Our stay at Vesuvius Palace was fantastic. The Hotle is situated near the Archaeological Park of Herculaneum, the alternative and arguably better preserved version of Pompeii. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful in advising on where to eat and arranging trips to Capri, Amalfi and along the Amalfi coast etc.. I would highly recommend a stay here.'

'Very cute family-run hotel, which offers a nice view, a tiny on-site private parking (make sure to reserve a spot!!). Breakfast is very convenient as well. Walking distance to Ercolano archeological park entrance.'

'My room was in an Ercolano apartment overlooking the sea across from the island of Capri. An older couple ran the B&B and served delicious free breakfasts that I enjoyed on their expansive patio balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples and Capri, with a view of Mount Vesuvius. The apartment was very secure, with several locking doors that opened easily with an electronic key. The internet was very reliable and secure, with a personal router for my room. The Herculaneum ruins are a five-minute walk...
