« I had the room in the rear of the building. I guess that since I paid the Expedia price, this was the “budget” room? I had the room with a stain underneath the mattress… not sure if that’s a drink or human fluid of some kind. The room smelled terrible… it smelled really bad. I was so tired from long distance driving that I did not want to bother. I had high expectations based on the reviews but I am not at all impressed. »

« Stairs into the property are very long and steep. Some travelers may find this unacceptable. Room was nice and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioner noise was welcome as trains go by nearby. A few things could have made the experience better: a sponge and paper towels in the kitchen area, a bigger shelf in the bathroom and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I also wish we had known that there is no where nearby to get breakfast as all stores seemed to open late. Had...

« Room was clean. But we have kids and was not told beforehand the pool would be closed. We only booked because there was a pool and had plan on spending the afternoon with the kids by the pool. That wined up having to stay in the room. Was very upset and deserve a credit of so sort. »
