On the hotel website it states that "early check-in is possibly if you ask at reception" we asked at reception and was informed that you cannot check-in before 3pm. Could you please amend your website to avoid any confusion? '

'There is an enormous lack of maintenance for the building, estate, garden. Outside swimming pool. Only some rooms have been renovated. The floors in the hotel are uneven everywhere, so that the beds are standing skewly on the floor which causes a very bad and unhealthy nightrest. This hotelis not worththe money we paid: nearly 200 eur per night for 2 adults and 1 child. The personnel is very kind, always ready to help and doing everything they can to make customers satisfied. '

'The staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, when I asked if there was a communal fridge I could use, the landlady carried a spare fridge and put it in my room! Overall I was very impressed by the place, considering the very reasonable price. A pleasant stay.'
