'This is a first class hotel in St. Moritz. From the very beginning, during and right to the end it was first class all the way. The staff are extremely attentive. The room itself is to the highest quality in everything they chose, to tap ware, faucets, tiles, wardrobes, stationary, bottled water in glass, fine stem glass ware, amenities inside the bathroom and bedroom, the special thoughts just do not end....... 'A room with a view and a welcome as warm as the setting sun. We had an idyllic night in the Inferno room. Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round. 'Aangenaam hotel, met heerlijk ontbijt. Helaas zorgden het bijhorende restaurant en de bar voor heel wat nachtlawaai. Isolatie tussen de kamers kan eveneens veel beter. Jammer dat geen lift aanwezig was.'
