« Horrible stay staff was ok room was ok but safety around the hotel was awful up all night from noise people yelling in the lobby. Had to book another hotel due to safety. Would never recommend due to safety reasons alone. »

« The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor. »

« I was not impressed with this Hotel. We stayed for 5 days and the stairs were never vacuumed the entire time we were there and other areas were not vacuumed. Garbage cans were overflowing! The hotel gave false advertisement when they said they had a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The pool area was very dirty and the bathroom in the pool area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was not sanitary! « The room was not clean when we arrived. We asked to get our bathroom cleaned, but it did not get clean. They only changed the towels »

« Plenty of parking and the room was clean. Nobody bottled water was in the room and when we asked for it we were told that no free water is provided but we could purchase it. Also no more free breakfast. »
