'The elevator area has spider webs you have to get around in the doer ways to get into it. The elevator looks as though it’s never been cleaned. The walls are so thin you can hear the other people next doo whispering'

'Everything was top notch. The beds were super comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet. Loved having the Claim Jumper right across the street, and an upscale mall right around the corner. There was always a convenient place to park. The Hotel even provided umbrellas for rainy days. Hubby loved the cookies. We definitely will come again when we visit our Portland family.'

'Got the worst room Possible due to Expedia. Breakfast non existent the room was smelly and not a regular room view of parking lot I would never have booked and paid $289 which they told me they’d comp because I was so unhappy they didn’t comp me so lied about that. Would never stay there again. Beware and never stay in room 19 unless you need wheel chair access. Very very disappointed with hotel and Expedia'

'Trashy hotel, room was musty smelling, Chair and ottoman had the vinyl peeled off a good protion, Furniture looked about 30 years old and beat up sdiscolored etc. Being right on the freeway the room was very noisy. The outside of the place had homeless peole wandering around including by the motion sensor door that got the bouncer looking dude up to follow him. I basically walked in the room and walked out told the desk I was checking out and wanted a refund. THey said check with my third party...

'Great location, easy parking, beautiful trees and views. Great bar and food, friendly helpful staff, great room and appointments, plus I happened to have an excellent balcony and east view, and nice bathroom. Everything was great, except I missed having a microwave. Would definitely stay again and told my local friends about it as well, for their other visiting guests.'

'Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel.
