« No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »

« I like the room very spacious, clean. The lady in the front desk was so nice I asked for extra hangers and she gave me some, and the lady on the breakfast was nice too. »

« We had a great stay at Warm Springs Inn & Winery. The hosts are wonderful- very hospitable and always attentive to our requests. The room we stayed is beautiful ,comfortable and we feel at home. We have to mention the breakfast. We can see how much love and care the host put in. They are not just delicious- they are restaurant level dishes. We would love to come back! »

« The hotel looks a little old and dated, but the rooms are large, clean & updated quite nicely! We really enjoyed our one nights stay. We stayed in a downstairs room in the back building (#3). Be forewarned it seems a lot of construction workers stay here during the week and they start their big diesel trucks up starting about 6:30 or 7:00 am. Kind of hard to go back to sleep after that! »

« La réception s'est faitede manière rapide et efficace. L'hotel est bien situé près des restaurants. Cependant il est situé très près d'une voie ferrée et des trains passent régulièrement et crient directement en face de l'hotel. La chambre était propre. Le lit était inconfortable et craque de partout à chaque mouvement. Le petit déjeuner est correct. »

« Complexe hôtelier moderne légèrement à l’extérieur de Leavenwort à proximité d’une grand surface ( tjrs utile pour refaire le plein de victuailles sur un Road trip.) Chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. On s’y sent bien pour une soirée étape. Petit déjeuner inclus , pas spécialement mauvais mais industriel. Et à 8h00 du matin , beaucoup de monde. En résumé, il peut y avoir des hôtels mieux placés sur Leavenworth mais celui a des atouts et reste à un prix...
