'Everything was excellent until 30 min before leaving, when the water and I Mean ALL the water , ran out. Could not wash breakfast dishes. Buckeyes water from hot tub to flush toilet. '

'My family vacations in the snowies every year. My family of 6 has grown to 10 and we’re done with travel trailers and tents. Grace cabin is perfect. There is lots of space so you don’t feel jammed together. Outdoor space is awesome. Bedrooms all have tvs and privacy. At times there were 2 or 3 playing pool, a couple in the hot tub, a few of us playing games, and the rest watching tv or taking a nap. Not crowded at all. It’s right in town so you could eat out, get some ice cream, or stock...

'I've loved the sweet little cabin I stayed in with my dog. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen after motel stays elsewhere. The staff and owners were welcoming and accommodating when I needed to prolong my stay. The place is imbued with the history of a late 1800's mining town while being close to hikes out of the Steamboat Lake Visitor Center. Awesome landscapes and mountains. Highly recommend.'

'Three couples shared two cabins. Trip was mainly for the guys to fish the area. Fishing was not too good, because of low water levels, but otherwise we had a good time. Cabins were very clean and well stocked. Convenient to the small towns and some restaurants. Very quiet location and across from a nice park. Would be a great place for family gathering.'

'The property was absolutely no where near where the website said it was. It was in a beautiful spot but 25 minutes drive away from town!!! It was difficult to get hold of the host (he replied to a phone call 23 hours afterwards). I am very frustrated that I can’t seem to find a phone number to speak to a representative about this'
