Villa's in Empoli

'Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer viel befahrenen Strasse; dies ist gelegentlich schon ziemlich störend vor allem Nachts.'

'Het is een prachtig, goed onderhouden, ruim huis met alle voorzieningen en een beschutte tuin en het was een heerlijke plek om Toscane te ontdekken. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgebreide uitleg. Er was later een probleempje met een airco en dat werd na melding via whatsapp onmiddellijk opgepakt en verholpen.'

'Heerlijk rustige locatie. Schitterend weids uitzicht. Weg er naar toe is behoorlijk hobbelig maar te doen. Alles aanwezig in het huis, echter de keuken en woonkamer zijn aan de kleine kant. En advertentie is niet duidelijk dat het om een 2-onder-1 kap woning gaat, dus je kunt directe buren hebben.'

'It was absolutely marvelous. The owner of the property was so informative on places to visit, and places to eat etc. We had a wooden time and I would recommend that everyone stay here at least once in your lifetime.'

'The spaces are great for larger groups to have space away and privacy for breaks. The pool and outdoor dining area was amazing. As expected, water pressure in these older homes can be inconsistent, but was not a problem. The home is a bit away from major highways, so day trips were a little more local driving, but didn’t limit us. Host family is nearby for support, but non intrusive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner prepared our final night and everything was very hospitable.'

'De Toscane is fantastisch, zeker als je van cultuur, wijn en goed eten houdt. Deze woning ligt perfect centraal gelegen in de regio, waarbij alles wat je wilt ondernemen op ongeveer een half uur rijden afstand ligt. En dat terwijl de woning heerlijk rustig in de natuur ligt. De woning biedt alles wat de advertentie en foto's aangeven. Het is perfect onderhouden, je kunt zien dat de verhuurder er veel liefde in steekt. 'A beautiful villa with an amazing pool, the villa was clean well equipped, in a good condition, everything you can think off for a great vacation. Communicating with Marco was easy and Marco was always quick in his response. An absolute Highlight was the private dinner by chef Daniella. 'Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful and easy for us to explore the surrounding area with ease. The house was beautiful, very clean and our host was most gracious. Upon arrival we had made a passing comment on how beautiful the patio terrace was and how a fire pit would be a nice touch so that we could enjoy it longer into the cool night. After the dinner our host organized for us at a local restaurant we returned to having a fire pit and wood on the patio. They went above and beyond...

'Fint sted, men ikke så retvisende at der står at der er aircondition i annoncen, men i realiteten er det mod ekstrabetaling. Der er i det hele taget en del som er mod ekstrabetaling som ikke fremgår af annoncen. Det bør fremgå. Vask, affaldssortering mm. Men smukt sted, og god udlejer ifht. At respondere på beskeder. Dog lidt misforståelser på engelsk.'

'We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze accommodatie. Het was heel ruim, de bedden waren fijn, alles was netjes en de keuken was uitgerust met meer dan genoeg van alles. De grote tuin met zwembad is perfect om in te ontspannen wanneer de zon schijnt. Verder ligt het op prima afstand van leuke plekken zoals Lucca en Montecarlo. Communicatie met de gastvrouw ging heel gemakkelijk en zij kon ons tips geven over de omgeving en heeft een maaltijd voorbereid voor onze avond van check-in. We zouden...

'Een mooi en ruim vakantiewoning met alles erop en eraan. Het huis is nog mooier dan de foto's. We hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid van Barbara en haar familie. Heel hard genoten van de Toscaanse avondmaal . Een week was te kort.'

'Het was een goed en mooi verblijf. Vooral de ligging tussen de olijfbomen en zicht op de bergen is fijn Ruim en met alle benodigdheden. Leuk en groot zwembad met ligstoelen, ook veel mogelijkheden voor schaduw. Kort bij Pisa, Lucca, de zee, Firenze op geen al te grote afstand. Goeie gastheer'

'House was super clean and comfortable. Assistant Monica was incredibly helpful and kind and spoke some English. She not only gave great information but dropped off a cake for my daughters birthday. The home had all the conveniences of home along with much more. This was super conveniently located and close to Lucca and Pisa. An hour away from a few more line Florence and CinqueTerra and more. Comfortable for ten. Great little restaurant close as well. We really enjoyed our stay. Cheers We will...

'I knew instantly when I saw the listing for this Villa that it stood apart from the others! In person though it is even more beautiful! The owner is a decorator and his home is like a showroom for his talent and taste. We even visited his design shop where we loved things everywhere we looked. He( Giovanni) is very nice and even brought us breakfast one morning! To talk about our magical stay I must talk about the manager, Martina! From her beautiful welcoming smile to her unbelievable...

'Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche Familienzeit in diesem fantastischen Anwesen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, mit viel, viel Liebe eingerichtet und mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Die Liebe zum Detail ist in jeder Ecke spürbar. Die herzlichen Vermieter und auch die Nachbarschaft standen uns stets mit Rat und Tat und Tipps zur Seite. Wir werden diesen Urlaub in bester Erinnerung behalten und werden die Villa Carnicelli in unserem Freundeskreis weiterempfehlen.'
