'The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The staff were very helpful with things to do in the area and even helped us to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay. 'Spend 2 nights in Splendid Holiday. At arrival we got some travel advice from the reception staff. She speaks really good english! Location is perfect, in the heart of Hoan Kiem and everything on walking distance. Room was really good, but a lilttle bit over-priced for what you get. Bathroom is really small.
