'Bladimir was very helpful and communicative. My daughter and nephew stayed here for a concert at UBS arena, and we chose the property for its location. It was the perfect choice, it was very walkable. The apartment was mostly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was nice and clean. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. There were plenty of fans which ultimately made it tolerable. If I were to attend and event at UBS, I would definitely book this...

'The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again'

'Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.'

'This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...
