Hôtel près de Ellsworth Springs Park (Portland)

« I was comfortable here, staff was very kind to me, only problem is there was stuff left from housekeeping in room drawers and also bathtub was dirty but they are remodeling so no worries this time. I also haven't received my deposit which I hope it comes today?!?! there is no reason to not get it. also a microwave would have been handy there's only refrigerators in the room. »

« L’hotel se situe dans un quartier peu sûr de Portland. On a été inquiet toute la nuit pour la voiture. Le sol de la chambre n’était pas propre. Le lit n’était pas confortable : le sommier était une planche de bois. Nous n’avons pas retrouvé la qualité standard des motel 6. »

« Bon séjour à part Le vol de vêtements dans le séchoir en fonctionnement de l'hôtel. C'est dommage que l'accès à la laverie ne soit pas sécurisé. (Porte ouverte 24h/24.) Hôtel bien situé et calme. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again »

« We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. « Upon attempting to check-in and asking where we could park our truck and flat bed trailer, Ashley rudely told me I couldn’t park on the property. When asked if we should park across the street instead, she said we couldn’t park there either.
