The house and property are amazing! Love the creek and location. House is beautiful and comfortable. Wonderful for groups. Definitely need to read the fine print. The bunk room is not really a room especially for 8 small children as advertised. It is tiny and there is no where to put things. The other bedrooms are great. There is an extra charge per person over the initial 6 adult guests, children 12 and under are free Adult is considered 13. It would be better to just go ahead and charge a higher nightly rate so that people are not feeling nickel and dimed/surprised by this especially when it is advertised to hold 16 people. I also was turned off by being sent an additional docusign with additional terms I had to agree to. It made me very worried that I was going to be charged for any small thing. I understand that not all renters are respectful of properties but it made me feel on edge and less able to relax while there. There were no issues and we had a fabulous time.

This is an absolutely beautiful cabin on amazing land. The creek was breathtaking. Despite being next to other cabins, it feels intimate and private. The hot tub was big, the common areas provided plenty of room to gather as a large group, and the fire pit area by the creek was absolutely stunning. However, some downsides to note for transparency - the price listed only includes 4 guests. Any additional guest will be subject to a 15 charge PER NIGHT. Considering this is a huge cabin listed to fit 16 people, you’d think the 16 would be included in the listing price. I really wish that this was listed transparently upon booking.Also, the trash space is VERY limited. We had to leave a bunch of bags inside when we left. There’s not enough space for the trash 16 people produce. Lastly, the cleaning requirements felt like a bit much. For an over 300 cleaning fee, I’d expect to not have to strip every bed across all 3 floors, take them to the laundry room on the main floor, and start washing towels. Despite this, the location is so beautiful that we’d still recommend staying. Just wish I’d known about the extra fee per person especially! But it’s a gorgeous cabin and we had a wonderful stay.

Fireplace and hot tub were amazing on a cold weekend. Kitchen was great for prepping lots of food, and the pantry held all of our many meal ingredients. Proximity to a few wineries, downtown Elijah, and Ball Ground gave us some activities outside the home. Good TV setup for those with family members who are prone to needing sports viewing, although we couldn’t seem to find cable, so come prepared to use Google to stream apps. Great home and everyone agrees we want to come back when it’s a little warmer to use the fire pit and hang by the creeks.

This lovely home is very private, large outdoor spaces, playset, and on a stream. We enjoyed the large screened porch/eating area. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of counter space, and seating for our large family.

The cabin was beautiful and the grounds gorgeous! Very well equipped kitchen, entertainment, playground and very comfortable sleeping areas. Only complaints are no shampoo, conditioner or bath gel (we flew in so couldn’t bring) and the bedroom with bunk beds had no space for belongings. We had an amazing 4 days with our children and grandchildren!

We stayed at this beautiful mountain home from October 2–5, 2025, as part of a three-cabin rental for our daughter’s wedding at Summit Farms. The same owner manages all three cabins, and every one of them was incredible—but the “Big House” truly stole the show.It’s built in a rustic style yet upgraded with all the comforts you’d expect from a luxury home. Every space is thoughtfully designed. Large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and gathering areas that made it the perfect hub for our wedding group. We hosted dinners, shared laughs, and ended each night around the fire pit under the Georgia stars.Even though it feels secluded and peaceful, the cabin is only about 15 minutes from Walmart and plenty of stores, so getting supplies was easy.If we could make one suggestion, it would be to add a few more outdoor games like cornhole to go along with the already impressive stash of indoor board games.Overall, this stay was exceptional. Comfortable, well-designed, and perfect for hosting family and friends for a special event. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely spectacular! Our daughter got married at Buckley Vineyards, just down the road, so the location was perfect. We had family and friends renting the other three rentals mentioned in this listing and all were equally fabulous. The property is seriously a special place. The kiddos in the family, who were visiting for the day, enjoyed tubing in the creek. Teens and adults played pool, watched football and gathered on the porch in the many rocking chairs. We’re truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Easily the best VRBO house we’ve ever stayed in!

We loved the property as soon as we drove up. The back yard is incredible the sounds of the stream and the way the wind dances through the trees. The main living area as well as the ground level floor were very spacious and well appointed. The furniture, decor, rocking chairs, and extra touches were greatly appreciated. All of the bathrooms are spacious and clean. This property will be hard to beat!

We had an absolute blast. The house and property are stunning with plenty of room to hang out and visit, play pool, sit in the river, and just recharge. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals in house, and when we needed to run to the store it was a quick trip back to town. We are planning to stay again, and can't wait to next time.

The property is very nice and definitely secluded. The creek was a huge hit for the kids. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. All the rooms have ample space and comfortable beds.Lots of room for our group of 15.The house's location is convenient to lots of activities in the area, as well as not too far away from Atlanta, Chattanooga, Helen, and Dahlonega

Nice short stay.

Very neat quiet property in nature with beautiful creek in backyard. All you need for vacation is available. And well managed and maintained. Two day stay was very short time for us. All wished we could’ve stayed more nights.

Pictures online do not do this house justice .. surprising, I know! The property is absolutely amazing for guest of all ages! The creek was a huge hit with our kids and provided hours of entertainment! We can’t say enough good things about our stay!

Everything was wonderful!

The house and the property were perfect for our group of 8 women who get together every year (have done this for 47 years!). The fire pit was so nice; the porch with rockers was great; and the living spaces were comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Spectacular house and spacious property

The home is exactly as featured on VRBO with plenty of room for a large family gathering. It has a spacious eating area inside and a large table on the screened patio. The other cabins are visible, but not too close for privacy. Had a great time with our grand children.
