'Apartment is super clean and has everything you need - complex has shuttle access to Beech Mountain Resort (which is a life saver considering there is no uber in the town). '

The property has horrible lighting it is dark. The property has horrible signage. We had to get out of our car to figure out building numbers. Unless they individual owners had light up or reflective signage you could not tell the building and room numbers. 'Last minute booking for July 4th weekend. Booked through Vrbo. Reasonable price. Great location. Very compact chalet, but efficient layout. Very clean. Didn’t care for the bed “cubicle.” Difficult for person sleeping on the inside (wall) to get out once you’re in bed. Also, rather thin walls. Could hear the people snoring in the next unit, and people walking in unit above. Got to enjoy fireworks shows over both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain just down the hill. Would gladly stay again. '

'I keep getting prompted to review the property even though we unfortunately had to cancel our trip! I so appreciate the diligence of the owners in responding to us and issuing a refund, and I hope to visit at another time! My heart is with the people of Banner Elk as they recover.'
