'The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rugs need to be cleaner and the elevators as well. It's looking shabby in some places. It's an easy hotel since there is parking and the location is really good.'

'Tja, wat moeten we hiermee.... we kwamen aan en de manager/eigenaar was even boodschappen doen. Kopje koffie gedronken en na een half uur was hij geariveerd. Man sprak amper, keek een beetje apatisch rond en gaf ons de sleutel. Geen welkom, hoe gaat het enz enz. Niets van enige interesse. Jammer, kamer was schoon en ruim maar simpel. Toen we na 4 dagen uitcheckte zat hij als een zombie achter zijn bureautje en brabbelde dat hij niet wist of het ochtend of avond was. Heel vreemd. Nogmaals volgens...

'We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. It was close to Oak Bluffs, making it easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, the harbor, and many of the island’s attractions. The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing friendly, welcoming, and full of great recommendations that helped us make the most of our time on Martha’s Vineyard. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!'

'The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. Unfortunately the window shade broke, came right out of the wall. I tried to call the front desk but there was no number to call, I even tried to call an outside line and it did not work. They key said one room number and the phone had a different room number on it. We went down to the front desk to ask for help or even a different room (in the pouring rain) and the gentleman at the desk was no help at all, just merely said that there was no one there...

'Room clean, comfortable. Bathroom sink area extremely small. Location to downtown falmouth was wonderful! Hot water great. We will be back!'
