'While we stayed this house was very pretty and nice and cool even with the summer heat outside. Definitely tons of space and plenty of blankets and towels. The dishes are very clean and oven works great. I love how we didn't have to keep track of a key. I also love how the backyard has lights making it very pretty and homelike. However, we did have some strang things happen late at night while there. We kept hearing footsteps coming from the livingroom when we were laying in bed to go to sleep....

'Stayed 5 days 07/28/25 to 08/02/25 Could not be happier with our stay at this condo and beach area. Condo was clean & comfortable, and had everything we needed. View from balcony was amazing. Beach and pool area were relaxing and not crowded. Definitely would stay here again, and highly recommend this condo.'

'The home was extremely convenient to everywhere we went in Pensacola. Upon entry, the home was spotless and as described in the listing. Naomi is very responsive and provided a thorough listing of places to eat, explore, etc. Would highly recommend as a place to stay and look forward to our next visit to Pensacola.'

'The cottage was very very clean! The house does lean as all the other reviewers mentioned but that’s not really a big deal because all the other aspects of the house are so nice! The bathrooms are great, updated. The refrigerator works well and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. My daughter lives on Coyle and was having a navy ceremony on Friday so this was literally a stones throw away from her house. Perfect location! '

'This house is huge, spacious, view is good, and very close to beach. Location is good, just few minutes walk to the beach, outside seating and dinning area is good to enjoy view and spend time with family/friends. We had kind of three age groups and everyone was able to find their own area of enjoyment. House is also nicely decorated. There are few chairs, umbrella, toys, a wagon to use in the garage. Host (Neil) is very responsive. We had issue with kitchen sink drain, it was extremely slow...
