'Phenomenal! Exceeded all expectations on every level. We travel the world and this is definitely one of the Top 10 for us. From being picked up at the port to check in to the baggage handling. The room looked like no one had ever stayed in it. Extremely clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. Our view was magical. The location is perfect. Very walkable. But their people made it the best. Every single encounter was warm and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Don’t sleep in and miss it!'
'Wonderful location. Clean, very good breakfast. No parking anywhere near unless you are a resident according to front desk. Had room 7 that was 7 flights of stairs and more rooms higher. The staff helped with luggage but it’s a hike along with the parking garage way up a hill where you park if you have a car. There were earplugs provided for the noise on the nightstands. I’m 6’2” and the bed was small in both length and width. Shower is the smallest I have encountered anywhere in all my travels....

Definitely stay here again ifwe were nearby. Only minor for us the boats in the bay that came for daytrips. Only 20-25 minutes walk from the ferryterminal but the manager can arange a golf car to get you there. Thermis also. Ferry in the bay but it goed only at 7.30
