'This place is a mixed bag. The staff service is excellent. The food in the restaurant is excellent. 5 stars for the staff and service. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as nice as possible. The rooms are bare bones. Our room had no place to hang things or to place your suitecase. No soap for the sink. The shower flooded the bathroom due to poor design. And a generator in the room next door was grinding until 2:00 am! My daughter's room flooded when it rained. The property and...

'The hotel is an economy hotel, but was very acceptable for the price. I stayed 4 days. My room was small but comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator. The breakfast was made by the person on duty at the time when I came down in the morning. Always scrambled eggs, arepa, small piece of white bread, and coffee. 'We stayed for 5 nights and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The view was great and of course every part of our room and the hotel was spotless and the food was top chef quality. But beyond all of that, the entire staff went far above and beyond to provide us with the best possible time at Arvum Hotel Botique. That includes the dog and parrot.
