PARKING-PLEASE NOTE:
We don't allow parking in the garage. It has been converted into the game room.

Onsite parking is located in the driveway.
There is room for 3 cars in the driveway and one car can park on the street but please adhere to the street sweeping signs. No parking in the garage.

As a part of neighborhood safety rules, please provide the Make/Model/Color and license # of the cars that will be parked at the house. Any cars that do not adhere will be towed.

We are not responsible for any parking fines or tickets or towing costs.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONTROL RULES
This is a very quiet neighborhood. Please make sure to respect your neighbors.

1. SUNDAY to THURSDAY:
After 10pm no one is allowed outside/backyard/front yard.
FRIDAY-Saturday
After 11pm no one is allowed outside/backyard/front yard.

2. QUIET HOURS:
9pm-9am everyday

3. NO events or parties of ANY kind is permitted at any time!

4. Any complaint from the neighbors will result in violation, fines and legal action including eviction.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee, plus taxes (10%) to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
October: $150 per day /plus taxes/ 3 consecutive day minimum.
November-February: $195 per day/plus taxes/ 3 consecutive day minimum.
March-May: $150 per day/plus taxes/ 3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /plus taxes/ 3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/plus taxes/ 3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Pool Heating:
The Listed rate includes heating to a maximum temperature of 85 degrees. Choose a maximum temperature of 80 degrees for $25 less per night.

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

No Glassware is allowed near the pool area for safety.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We have cameras located in the front, both sides and in the back yard. These are security cameras located only on the outside.
