'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'

Very nice rooftop pool restaurant bar security checked upon you all the time staff checked on you all the time. I would highly recommend it's in the middle of everywhere. Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het enige nadeel was dat tijdens ons verblijf er verbouwd werd in een gebouw naast het hotel. Tussen 08.00 en 17.00 was er een oorverdovend lawaai van gehak en drilboor. '

La habitación fue muy amplia y limpio, ca de 36 m2, con aire acondicionado y ventilador del techo. Tengo que mencionar la cama: Ha sido la cama MAS CÓMODA que hemos encontrado hasta la fecha. Nos costo despertarnos en las mañana por el profundo descanso que nos ofreció. El desayuno buffet abundante y variado, solo que se recomienda que el personal pruebe la fruta...
