'It's either scorching hot water or freezing water in the shower. It takes 10-12 minutes for either to settle. Water was also coming out with a weird color. When asking for help, no one came. Room keys keep getting deactivated and when asking for help in that regard, staff became upset. Other than that, staff was extremely nice and serviceable. Breakfast was quite complete.'

'We had a great stay! This boutique hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The location was good but many of the sites and restaurants will require a taxi/uber, which were very reasonably priced. The included breakfast was perfect, and I cannot stress enough how wonderful and attentive the staff were! We highly recommend!'

'We pretty much like this small hotel, which is near the Plaza Foch, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hotel managed by a couple of ladies who did not speak English but can be communicated with google translator. We found a thread of hair on our bed sheet when we checked in and had this for their attention. They sent the maid to replace the sheet right away. The shower could take a couple of minutes to have hot water running out... Overall, they were willing to help us whenever we had...
