Villa's in Eilat

'We enjoyed our vacation. The entire hotel staff, across all departments, provided excellent service. A true VIP experience. You can really feel that everyone at the hotel genuinely cares about the guests and wants them to enjoy their stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great and very enjoyable. Thank you.'

'A nice apartment. We had a view of the pool from the balcony. The price per night was quite high. Keep in mind that breakfast isn't included. It would be worth it at a lower nightly rate.'

'Had a great stay, great hotel and great pool. The only thing that was surprising was the security of stored Luggage. When we went to pick it up the staff showed us the door outside the hotel through which you could enter the storage room and told us to get our Luggage ourselves with no staff there - this in our view is not a good thing and we reccomend the hotel to shape up on this procedure, otherwise the stay was great!'

'Not a 4 * hotel. Not even a 1 *. Staff is rude and have no idea how to run a Hotel. Everything is dirty, inside and outside. Litter spread all around nothing done about it. Only after we start to manage to staff our self they clean and arrange. The Manager promised to solve the mess but after 3 days we demanded a refund for the last 8 days and left. They still haven't credit these 8 days!'
